Not All Bestsellers Stay Best
A neighborhood pizza shop noticed something off — their usual bestsellers weren’t selling like before. They had no clear way to track what was working or when.
We helped them review their daily sales. Large-sized Chicken & Veggie pizzas brought in the most revenue, but some high-revenue items like Big Meat were slowing down. Peak sales happened around lunch (12–1 PM) and dinner (5–6 PM), but promos and staff shifts didn’t always match.
Using this, they refocused promos on fast-moving pizzas like Spicy Italian and Five Cheese, adjusted staff schedules to match peak times, and reduced stock for slower items.
The results? Less waste, better margins, and smoother service.
“We used to push the same items over and over. Now, we push what people actually want — and it shows.”
